Lessons Policy

• Online lessons: The link is sent to you by email or Whatsapp before the class. You need a good internet connection.
• Cancelation Policy: cancellations and rescheduling are made 24 hours in advance. If they are done the same day, the class is considered charge.
• Changes or cancellations by the teacher: any change by the teacher must notify 24 hours in advance, if it is done on the same day the student receives a refund for the class.
• Problems with the continuity of the classes by the student: In case of not being able to continue with the classes and having bought a pack of hours, the student must notify the teacher. The money will be returned to the student at the price of the single class.

FAQ

1. How many lessons a week are the in a course?

It depends on your goals and if it is private or group classes. We suggest taking a weekly class, but if you want faster results it is possible to take three or four weekly classes.

2. How do I know what my level is?

We always offer a 40-minute free trial class in order to know what your goals are in learning Spanish and to know what your level is. We follow the MRE of the Cervantes Institute to organize our courses.

3. How long are the lessons?

The duration of the lessons is 50 minutes.

4. How are the lessons structured?

In Spanish classes we do listening, reading, writing and speaking activities. We have a communicative approach, we attach great importance to practical activities. We also study new topics and expand vocabulary. In conversation sessions we do not learn new topics, we review what we already know.

5. Do I need to buy a book or any other material?

You don't need to buy a book or other material. We share the material we use in classes in a folder that we all have access to. Anyway if you want to buy a book or other material you can do it. In general, we use Gente y Aula Internacional from Editorial Difusión.

6. How do I book the lessons?

You can set a schedule with the teacher or, if you don't want a fixed schedule, you can book the class more than 24 hours in advance.
