Our Class Policy
Online Classes
We will send you the class link via email or WhatsApp before each session. You just need a good internet connection to make the most of your lesson.
📅 Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel on the same day, the class will still be charged.
Changes by the Teacher
If the teacher needs to modify or cancel a class, you will be notified 24 hours in advance. If the change happens on the same day, you will receive a refund for that class.
⏸️ Pausing Your Lessons
If you are unable to continue your classes and have purchased a lesson package, just let us know. You will be refunded for the unused lessons, calculated at the individual class rate.

1. How many classes can I take per week?
It depends on what you’re looking for and whether you prefer private or group lessons. Most students take one class per week, but if you want to progress faster, you can take three or four per week. You set the pace!
2. How do I know my level?
Before starting, we offer a free 30-minute interview where we discuss your goals and assess your level according to the MRE of the Instituto Cervantes.
3. How long is each class?
Each class lasts 50 minutes.
4. What are the classes like?
We do listening, reading, writing, and conversation activities, always with a practical and communicative approach. In regular lessons, we learn new topics and expand vocabulary, while in conversation sessions, we review what you already know.
5. Do I need to buy a book or extra materials?
No, you don’t need to buy anything. We share all materials in a folder that everyone has access to. However, if you prefer your own book, we use Aula from Editorial Difusión.
6. How do I book my classes?
You can set a fixed schedule with the teacher, or if you prefer more flexibility, book your class at least 24 hours in advance.
7. How do I pay for the classes?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer at least 24 hours before the class.
